8.0We had a wonderful stay at Amari Bangkok. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to shopping malls and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
Very uncomfortable stay.

− Ac not cooling. Made several complaints even to the manager. Very difficult to explain to the staff they don’t understand what you are trying to say. Paid for extra bed but they didn’t provide.

9.0Overall, it was a good choice for a short stay in Bangkok. Central location, close to many shopping malls. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was consistently good throughout our stay. The gym was well-equipped and a nice bonus.

6.0The public areas including the pool and the gym are nice, the breakfast was good, the staff were efficient. However , the rooms look old and overall the hotel does not feel 5 stars - for this price i think you can find much better places
− The rooms do not meet the standard of 5 star hotel and require renovation especially bathroom. There is constructions around the hotel that cause very bad traffic to get to the hotel
