− Категория номера не соответствовала заявленной, по факту вид на проезжую часть, очень громко, в номер даже не положили зубные щетки, воду каждый раз просили, все очень экономно у них при заявленных 5 звездах, по факту 2 претензий через Booking вопрос все-таки с переселением решили, без доплат, хотя бы за это спасибо, депозит на день рассчитывается в отеле по 100 евро, дополнительно берется городской налог, хотя при оплате номера заранее, все было включено, тоже очень странная ситуация, повторно я бы в этот отель не поехала, сервис не на уровне 5 звезд
