8.0Hôtel très bien situé, proche du métro et de Chinatown. Chambre spacieuse et piscine agréable.
− Climatisation difficilement réglable avec des écrans illisibles. Climatisation absente du restaurant ainsi que des parties communes. Eau de la piscine trouble en permanence et agent de sécurité à l'entrée de l'hôtel trop présent et oppressant à chaque passage (cherche a faire son business excursions coûte que coûte).

− Fel verouderde kamers, muffe geur bij aankomst, airco niet te regelen, slechte matras

8.0Tout était parfait, sauf que je n ai pas admis qu o n m aie fait payer des frais parce que la couleur de mes cheveux a un peu déteint sur la taie d oreiller! C est une honte!
− Me faire payer le lavage d une taie d oreiller que jmes cheveux ont un peu salie avec mes cheveux colorés! Inadmisdible et honteux de la part de cet hôtel où je ne reviendrai plus à cause de cela!

3.0The location is great proximity to Chinatown etc, the staff are pleasant and the beds are comfy
− The whole place needs a refurbishment, there is no soundproofing so you hear everything from your neighbours to the very busy junction outside. We had multiple (over 40) power issues in one night which resulted in all the lights coming on every time the electricity vain back on. Not at all a 4 star hotel
