Grand Luxury by the Ocean
10.0A magnificent hotel where grand architecture, luxurious details and Indonesian cultural elements come together beautifully. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the concierge team was very helpful with bookings and arrangements. We loved the variety of restaurants, especially breakfast by the beach, followed by a refreshing swim. Our suite was beautiful, with lovely ocean and pool views. The spa was excellent, with special thanks to Novi and Fatimah for their wonderful treatments. Koral was another highlight, offering a unique underwater dining experience and an excellent signature set menu. After the jungle, the beautiful beach was the perfect balance to our trip. The weddings and celebrations throughout the resort also added a lovely, lively atmosphere. A memorable beachfront stay combining grand luxury, cultural character and beautiful ocean views.
− The main area for improvement was service consistency. At times, service was slow, and we had to follow up several times on our beach orders. Evening turndown service was also not provided every night, which was unexpected for a hotel of this calibre.

10.0Wunderschöne Unterkunft und Anlage. Wir hatten die Cliff Suite und es war der absolute Wahnsinn. Das Essen ist sehr gut und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Restaurants. Wir haben den 30. Geburtstag meines Freundes gefeiert und das Hotelpersonal war so zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer wurde wunderschön geschmückt und morgens kam eine kleine Geburtstagstorte. Den ganzen Tag über wurden wir mit Kleinigkeiten überrascht. Danke nochmal dafür und insbesondere an Emma, die alles in die Wege geleitet hat. Ich würde immer wieder meinen Urlaub dort verbringen wollen. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

10.0Einfach traumhaft! Vom erstklassigen Service über die herausragende Kulinarik bis hin zur hochwertigen Ausstattung stimmt hier einfach alles. Obwohl das Resort sehr grosszügig angelegt ist, verteilen sich die Gäste hervorragend, sodass man überall genügend Platz findet und die Atmosphäre angenehm entspannt bleibt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die exzellente Küche – kulinarisch ein absolutes Highlight!
