Chaotic
1.0Jacuzzi was not working , parking was so expensive. Info regarding property was misleading and inaccurate.
− Still have not received my overcharging back in my account for 2 days not stayed. That was a week ago. Property manager assured me I would receive my refund by this week.
Guest review
5.0직원친절, 공항에서 가까움. 비교적 객실은 괜찮음. 부대시설 엉망.- 4스타아님. 식당이 없고, 간이식당 가격 비싸고 엉망. 다시 추천하기 힘들고 속은 기분.

Great place to stay if LAX is your destination
10.0The Sheraton Gateway is an excellent choice for anyone arriving at or departing from LAX. Located just minutes from the airport, the hotel provides a complimentary 24-hour shuttle service to and from the terminals, making the journey remarkably convenient. Our room was spacious, beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. The bed was exceptional—exactly what we needed after a long journey. With its convenient location, comfortable accommodation and free airport transfer, I would happily stay here again.
