− La porte sale de la salle de bain, la lampe de chevet sale et qui tombe en panne dès qu’on demande le cleaning service, le manque de porte serviettes dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre, pas de bouilloire…

8.0The staff are extremely helpful, especially Jose and Tiago.
− On our first day, we stayed in a ground-floor room. We found that it lacked some privacy, especially in the evening when the lights were on, as the room was more exposed due to its location. We also experienced an issue with the shower water. After reporting it to the staff, they were very helpful and relocated us to another apartment on the second floor, which was much more comfortable for us
