Worst experience ever
1.0Nothing
− The room was damaged and dirty. The bathroom door did not function close or shut, room was dirty and smelled like smoke. Website said pool and hot tub neither are there. Breakfast was a separate purchase and was a joke, had to pay for parking even tho your a guest? Would not recommend staying there. People banging all night staff did nothing about it.
Easy and convenient stay
10.0Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. Cheap car parking, only $10 per day. Many restaurants and shops close by. Walking distance to the light rail station with easy access to all city locations.
− Nothing really. The place offers a very good value for the money.
Meh. Pricey for what is offered. Noisy complaints from other guests when the power went out (elevators not working).
3.0− Power outage during peak room occupancy period. Incidental charges applied to card (not pending, but actually charged) when not warranted, then staff member argument claiming incidentals were credited for two rooms, yet no credit showing after 8 days of disputed charges.

5.0Location
− Beds uncomfortable
Our Trip was Too short I came here due to health reasons
9.0Tha front desk service is great... everyone smiles ask if you need help
− Sorry to say that the Coffee was Terrible. Folgers Breakfast Blend or Satin. But also choice Caff or Decaff., keep small Salt packets available with accessories and put a sign to let them know it removes bitterness from it. Lastly, Hot Coco Sweetened and Zero Sugar, as well with the same for Cold Coffee Creamers regular and sugar free and some nice Complimentary Doughnuts and Danish. By putting something so menial will show customers you care about them and that money spent, will return revenues 10-30%. Consider a few more Tables and Chairs for your Customers New PLANNING ☕🍩 Center
