8.0Lo que más nos gustó fue el personal y la habitación con vistas a la bahía en un piso alto, como solicitamos.
− El desayuno demasiado limitado. Es un hotel reformado y las carpinterías exteriores y mecanismos eléctricos, así como las puertas interiores y acabados de suelos, paredes y techos en la mayor parte del hotel eran demasiado antiguos. Pasaba todo el ruido del exterior, que era mucho. Tendrían que mejorar mucho el cerramiento exterior. La recepción muy pequeña y desmerece el hotel. La habitación como tamaño y acabados era correcta, sin más. Tiene una buena relación calidad-precio.

Very classy
10.0It was elegant. Felt classy. Beautiful cream curtains. Giant sliding glass doors to a generous balcony. I soaked in the oversized bathtub looking at the ships. The entire room has been renovated with class and great style, think old Las Vegas and glamour. Beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Most comfortable and best nights sleep I've had in a while.
− There were not enough choices in where to eat. Employees could not help when asked where to go. It is a beautiful hotel. Decorated with great taste. You must see the pool, it is modern and looks very well kept. Several lounge chairs to relax in the sun. Grab yourself a cocktail and enjoy an afternoon by the tastefully done pool.
Horrible! Management horrible!
2.0− When we arrived our room was not ready! We waited an hour and a half for room and once given the key the room was already occupied! When I told the supervisor she had no sense of urgency! We waited another 45 minutes for a room! I left with my 3 kids! Horrible service would not stay here again ever!
