3.0What breakfast ???? There was none
− Mold in shower, elevator did not work. Phone by elevator did not work. Had to walk thru dirty kitchen and laundry room... Terrible experience.
It was a nice stay at a resonable price other than the bedroom issues above

− i asked for a quiet room. instead i got one facing the "fremont street experience". horribly noisy all night.

− First night the elevators were down and we were on the 25th floor. It was a huge inconvenience and something complementary would have been nice, or a discount off our room.
No clear direction
5.0The location, the cleanliness and the value for the money.
− The fact that the day we arrived the elevators wasn’t working only the service elevators and we had to wait in a long line and it took over 20 minutes after a long drive. They finally got them working and the security guards were super accommodating at being helpful.Supposedly we could go down but I waited and still had to use the stairs in some instances.
