Decent but could be better
7.0Beds were comfy
− Cleanliness - the entire property needs a good deep clean. Floors especially. The first room I was assigned was gross. It was definitely not cleaned other than the beds being made. The second room was better but had no ironing board which I needed. Staff are very courteous.
We did not enjoy the way it was planned
5.0Close enough to Disney Springs
− The pool was closed during our stay so that was disappointing and also breakfast the next morning was not included in our reservation
Guest review
5.0Reserved a pool view and DID NOT get a pool view.
