10.0Very nice hotel
− That i couldn't stay longer
Our stay was amazing and we will be back.
10.0I loved the atrium in the center of the hotel it is such a cool concept!! The staff was incredible. The room was great. Location was ten out of ten. Breakfast was great at tradewinds. The main swimming pool was perfect.
− The water park was being worked on when we went down to the pool areas. We were excited about the water slides and they weren’t working. Also the toddler splash area looks a bit run down definitely could use some TLC out there.

5.0It’s clean. Hotel for adults.
− This hotel advertises as a resort and family friendly. Unfortunately, there was nothing to do for the kids besides the pool. No other activities. I would not recommend this hotel for families because you’re in the rain had nothing to do. we were planning to stay two nights and ended up staying only one night. It’s good hotel for adults but not kids.
Disappointing
3.0Not much
− I pulled up, in my tesla model Y. The best selling car, let alone EV on the planet. I needed to charge, had to pay for valet to charge, then valet tells me its an additional 10 dollars to charge, then tells me they don't have tesla chargers?... uh ok, so I down grade to 44... repeat 44 dollar a night parking. That's the down graded price? Then am told there a mystery 48 dollar charge being added on the 44 dollar charge on top of the nightly fee. Sooo a stay i booked for like 120 dollars a night for 3 nights turned into an 800 dollar stay.. absurdity. Truly. Sincerely. It was the midest stay imaginable. I have come to this hotel for like 7 years in a row for halloween horror nights and its down ward slide is like watching a dear relative slowly lose themselves to dementia. No restaurants actually serve dinner, just lame room service in a lame room. Unfortunately I will be booking else where in the future. It's been real, but we've out grown you. Best of luck.
