− Food and drinks very ecpensive. Fire alarm went off and 15th floor fire exit stairs was blocked

4.0Foyer was beautiful and gym facilities were great.
− Woken at 7am by loud construction noises coming from directly above our room. Couldn't get back to sleep. Here's a tip: if you're gonna renovate, leave a buffer of at least one floor, or better yet, wait until checkout before you start hammering.

9.0Very slow checking in. Hard to hear the man. Had to check 3 times to make sure you were booked in. Language barrier
It was very nice. The bar area was lovely too.
