− Hot tub was broken and the restaurant on site was ridiculously expensive for a family.

− The elevator at regency tower was sketchy and took a long time. Staff attitudes were very flat and unwelcoming. Toilet took multiple attempts to flush properly

8.0Great hotel however our room was in the back corner and got no sunlight so it was dark and dingy. They helped us move rooms after a few nights.

5.0− Small cramped room water damage smell bedding was wet ac was not very controllable. 38.00 s day to park, not good. The bathroom was the size of a small closet.
