Overall wonderful, clean hotel in a great location, with friendly staff. I would stay here again!
9.0Loved the location next to Grant Park, easy walk to Soldier Field and easy to get to transit. Room had a great view and was just the right size. I also liked the kitchenette and full size fridge.
− I was there for a concert so the hotel was fully booked and valet parking was full for half my stay. The front desk and valet always had people waiting to speak to someone, so it felt a bit understaffed. I did request new towels and sheets and I had to ask two days in a row to get anything from housekeeping. When housekeeping did finally drop some off, they just left them on a chair and did not remove used towels or change the sheets for me. I felt that for how much I paid to stay there, they could have at least changed the sheets, removed used towels, and emptied my trash cans as I was there for 5 days.

8.0Hot tub was great temp. Location was perfect for our trek to and from soldier field.
− Rooms didn't come fully equipped with kitchen needs. Had to wait 20mins for a frying pan to get delivered. TV was having forcing issues, but I don't think that was the hotel fault
Overall it was great! Expecially the location to solider field!
10.0Comfortable room great location and free breakfast.
− Bummed out that parking was full but was able to find a lot around the corner.
