10.0I loved how friendly the staff was, and how it was so close to everything in the Old Town. Everything was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pool was nice and clean. The Starbucks coffee was great as well, plus each day we had a voucher that paid for the coffee expense which was really nice!

A mixed bag of hospitality in this exhausted hotel
6.0We overnighted in this hotel prior to flight on following day. We checked in late PM and checked out late AM. As such it was a short but disappointing stay. No valet or help with suitcases from car. One person working check in. Convenient underground parking. Room was dull and old. Drapes were dirty and worn. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room decor was Marriott brown from the 80's. Dinner in the bar was surprisingly good. Dining tables near us remained uncleared. Bartender a bit sassy. Our dessert voucher secured us a couple of cookies which were tasty. Check out was self service again.
