Ok, but needs updates
5.0Hotel was ok. It was convenient to walk to Universal Studios if I wanted. Room was just ok. Like that they offered a shuttle but the times were very limited.
− As soon as you walk in, you can tell that its pretty dated. Hotel needs a renovation. Rooms are dated as well. My AC was making A LOT of noise and it was leaking. I put towels on top to collect the water. My toilet had a crack in the tank and the bathroom was just badly needing repairs and replacements.
Disappointing, uncomfortable, and not worth the price.

− The room had a very unpleasant smell that triggered my allergies. The pillows were old and worn out, and the room was poorly lit, making it feel dark, depressing, and uncomfortable. Overall, the condition of the room was disappointing and definitely not worth the price I paid.
