9.0作为全包酒店的餐饮，绝对是天花板级。他的意大利餐厅非常美味，我们吃了两顿，自助餐也非常好，海边的海鲜餐厅也非常好，确实是餐饮的天花板。酒店的沙滩海水也非常不错，虽然我们在雨季会有海藻，但每天都会清理游泳池也很好。
− 唯一不满意的是酒店限制Uber和滴滴国际版网约车到酒店接客。只让出租车进来。我们离开去机场的时候，突遇大雨，Uber车不被允许进到酒店的前台门口，我们只得冒雨走到酒店的车行入口。看来酒店的。酒店的门童和出租车司机一定有利益勾结，出租车会比Uber网约车价格贵一倍到两倍。希望酒店的管理层能看到这条条评论改善客人的感受。

Overall, an OK stay, but the welcome, communication and organisation could have been much better.
7.0The cleaning staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. The food was generally OK.
− The welcome and arrival experience was poor. The concierge/front desk staff were not particularly warm or supportive, the hotel was not properly explained to us, and we were not guided well to our room. My requests regarding the room type were also ignored. It was often unclear which restaurants were open or closed, and the hotel seemed poorly organised even in following its own published schedule.
