− Blanket stains, there was hair ties on the floor that weren't ours so that tells me the room wasnt cleaned properly. AND WHITE SPOT WAS HORRIBLE!!! I dont know how you ca. Screw up waters so many times! No one likes garbage floating in their water. And no one likes raw eggs!

− I booked a room with a bath - there was no bath plug and no one could get me one- so pretty disappointed, as i specifically booked a room to have a bath
