Worst hotel experience in a decade. Poor service, inadequate facilities and lack of interest in delivering a nice experi
6.0Location is great but that’s about the sum of positives.
− The room on the 5th floor was super small and most importantly there was no hot water in the shower. Very disappointing stay at this location. I checked out and the front desk attendant was very unhelpful when I needed to use the restroom before going to the airport.
Of all the hotels in downtown Chicago this is your best choice
10.0It is so convenient to everything in downtown Chicago. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful and the property is always clean.
− I can’t think of one thing. It’s the only hotel I ever stay at when I’m in town.
Be ready for over charged parking cost that is not told to you before

− $160 for a nights stay but $88 for parking also very large room with two small full beds that where uncomfortable

− Bed-sofa rock hard…like a floor! Hard to pull out too. Booked two rooms to be close together , got three floors apart…disappointed! Rooms was not available at check in time, no apology given. Elevators time waits long at times, multiple elevators full, so we (and others)took the back stairs that were available, dirty and unkempt and not clearly labelled.
