2.0The closeness to the stadium
− Wish I would of looked into the property better before arriving. The lack of knowledge created issues, such as struggling checking in and lack of proper guidance from hotel staff. Also, didnt realize parking was paid for. No free breakfast for booking a room. And the pool i saw on maps/the booking app i booked from made it look differently than what it is. Also, was more expensive than first booked. Overall not what I expected or would of booked had i had done the proper investigation.
They should have paid us to stay here…
1.0The bar staff and check in receptionists were nice and accommodating.
− First room AC was broken and had to move early the first morning. Second room the AC did run but they fixed it. The entire hotel is extremely run down and dirty. It’s good for going to the stadium near by but would never stay here again.

− There wasn’t even a coffee maker
Overall we still had a good time dispite having issues.
5.0It was nice but our room didn’t have a fridge. They didn’t clean our room and when we checked in there were more charges than we expected.
