Breakfast barely acceptable location excellent

− Made did not show up for the second day, elevator broke, and no one notified us or put a sign on the door. Donuts were stale had to go to front desk to get clean towels. Bathroom fan was intermittent Who

− Outside was disgusting and dirty. Dirt and black all over the doors and walls.

It was OK for the value, but they should really get better people to work for them.

We checked in the lady at the front desk, was not polite. She did not make her arrival comfortable as if we were bothering her. Also, the Jacuzzi was not working, but they had to sign that read out of order written with crayon. When we asked her about it, she said she had no idea her clue, but if that’s what the sign said, then I meant it was out of order. Very rude

− I like that the room was clean.

Good value, friendly staff, would definitely stay again.

This place is a hidden gem. With the renovations underway, I see it as a valuable option for common travelers with modern room designs at a great price. The rooms are very nice, clean and appealing white and gray themes. The hallways are being fitted with new, grey-wooded themes and rugs. The pool in the back is beautifully maintained, and we enjoyed swimming in it.

− It's too bad the hallway rugs on the 3rd floor had multiple stains, but I suspect this will be changed out with the renovations. Also, our room's bathroom needed attention. The water kept backing up in the tub while we showered, which was gross. And, the mirror and counter were damaged upon arrival. I was disappointed to learn the outside doors were not programmed to the keys on the 3rd floor, meaning anyone could enter from the outside doors. But, I felt the area was safe, and my room felt secure. I suspect some of these things will be improved as the renovations are complete. So, for the price, this was all okay. The continental breakfast was very basic, no hot eggs, bacon, etc.
