10.0Got a free upgrade, great location with everything within walking distance, room was clean and staff were nice.
Initial shock about the lack of daylight but all the rest made up for it, especially the staff
9.0The staff was amazing and you could see in every corner that they really care
− For that amount of money I would have expected a room with daylight but maybe that’s just an European perspective
Overall a great stay, very few complaints. I would recommend and stay again!
8.0Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, felt safe, clean, quiet and peaceful inside hotel
− Minor things, mostly that the windows could use an update for better sound insulation. I had to keep checking that it was closed bc I could hear all of the noise from the street on Fri and Sat perfectly.
