8.0Stayed at hotel during remodeling. So there was a dumpster out front and the bar and coffee area where out of service. The internet was out so the TV wasnt working. However the room and atmosphere where great. I will return when all.amenities are open.

4.0The property was still under construction. Nothing was open yet like it looks on the pictures. The rooms were okay but did have a weird smell. The disappointment comes from all the homeless there is around that area.

6.0Be sure you know that you’re staying in the Tenderloin. Pictures look much nicer than the hotel actually was. Restaurant, bar and coffee shop were all closed and not operating. Building is old, so they have a window AC instead of central air. Rug smelled musty when first came into the room. WiFi was not working at all, and it had very bad reception.
