A nice and relaxing weekend trip
9.0Everything is always great when I stay here! Staff is always super friendly and helpful.
− Elevator was pretty slow. One time when I was in with another worker it did briefly stop and actually surprised us both but it continued within the minute luckily! You also have to press harder on the buttons.

Great small hotel in the Gold Coast
9.0The location is great. Also, because it's a relatively small hotel, it doesn't feel chaotic . It also has a bar/coffee place. Locals even stopped there to get a latte etc. Also the location is great. Right near the lake, I am very close to the red line -and the neighborhood is full of restaurants etc. And not really touristy at all.
− I get why some people say the facility could use an update. However, it's such a warm, comfortable inconvenient place this day. You just can't fault it.
They charged me twice, couldn’t find my booking, then ignored me. Awful, awful service.

− Hotel was overbooked. Then I was overcharged. Terrible service. When I arrived they could not find my booking, despite my confirmation emails. I was then given a key to a room which was already occupied. I was then told the hotel was fully booked. The manager then found me a room and offered a discounted rate. When I left, I was double charged the original rate. Now the hotel is refusing to resolve or take any responsibility. Awful, stressful stay, and now I am $400 out of pocket, with no recourse. This hotel should not be allowed to operate.
