3.0− I had emailed prior to our stay to arrange a little treat or welcome note for our stay as it was my daughter’s birthday, they agreed and said this would be absolutely fine.Arrived and checked in, there was nothing in our room- staff didn’t mention anything at checkin either. The rooms are basic, clean but very noisy from neighbours. Bathroom is run down, empty shower gel bottles in the shower, poor water pressure and not very hot. The doors are so loud. Staff were incredibly rude seating you at breakfast the lady working the breakfast was lovely. Quite disappointed with our stay.

7.0Breakfast was amazing, the scrambled eggs were great. The staff were fabulous service was top tier, all friendly faces and very sweet
− When I went to open my room a maintenance man was also Trying to open my door, that was a little uncomfortable, especially as a pregnant solo traveller I had asked for extra pillows as I needed extra support but they never came which was disappointing. I had also hoped to have had a pair of slippers but none were available. These things would have made me really happy as I have been really sick with morning sickness and I came for a little get away.
