Positive experiences, but some improvements clearly needed.

Overall my three day stay was fairly good. I was very happy with my room that was clean, comfortable and nicely equipped wirh mini fridge and microwave. I was also glad that there was a free airport shuttle, included a fairly simple breakfast, and coin operated washer/ dryer. I also very much liked that it was a short five minute walk to Doral Place with late opening hours for Ross, Marshall's and Home Stores aa well as a few restaurants. The surrounding area was very spacious and clean, and ubers were very responsive.

− I was disaapointed that the shuttle took an hour to arrive after making the request, and that was on a Sunday afternoon with less traffic. I was also not happy to find out that the single elevator was not working on my arrival, and it had not been repaired when I departed three days later. While I managed well enough the three flights of steps a couple times each day, I was vsry disappointed that the hotel reception staff made no accommodation for the inconvenience and were not proactive in ensuring that I had help with my suitcase to my room on the third floor. In fact, I had to approach the shuttle driver myself, and was very grateful for his kind assistance or I am not sure what I would have done.To be fair I was offered a ground floor room at that point, but before I could decide in three minutes, I was told that it was already taken. It was an unfortunate first impression of your hotel

Shuttlle service was great. i think the name is Arnold. i saw on the plack an older gentleman. Front desk older lady super nice and helpful.. The room was spacious and clean, had all the essential, perfect Breakfast included just the basics it was good.

− We thought may the male bald front desk agent attitude changed after we arrived from our cruise.. nope, still the same.. still not friendly, we arrived early from the cruise we asked if maybe theirs a room we could pay just to put our stuff he said nooo.. we asked to hold the bags that were ok, he put them behind the desk, didn't give us any tickets, just the case.. as i experience it from the older lady pre cruise date.. check-out date i said good morning, not even answer..
