Un buen sitio que no cumple las expectativas
9.0Me gustó bastante la atención del personal que estuvo a gran altura en todo momento. Destaco a Miguel Ángel en los desayunos. El ambiente es muy agradable con unas vistas a los jardines muy atractivas. La habitación también está correcta con unas buenas vistas, ducha muy cómoda y cama amplísima. El gimnasio era correcto.
− No me gustó la falta de disponibilidad de servicios básicos como el restaurante lo que te hacía tener que buscarte la vida por tu cuenta a nivel de comidas. Tampoco me gustó el ascensor que no cerraba bien ni a tiempo. Todo me pareció muy caro y no tenías muchas alternativas cerca del hotel hasta que no abrieron el DSpot que estaba al lado. Agua de litro a 3,5€ me parece disparatado. También se oferta servicio Wellness pero tampoco lo tenían.
