1.0Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Maintenance and Unacceptable Service Despite the high price of this hotel, the condition of the room was extremely disappointing. The ceiling was visibly neglected, with numerous stains and what appeared to be mold. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, making the stay far from comfortable. To make matters worse, the room telephone was not working, so contacting reception for assistance was impossible. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel charging such high rates. The hotel may have been good in the past, but it is clear that maintenance and service standards have deteriorated significantly. The management needs to take responsibility and urgently address these issues. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until these problems are properly resolved. High prices should reflect high standards, not neglect and disappointment.
