Terrible. Avoid
1.0The only likeable thing was the location in old town. Mattress terrible and pillows all bumpy. No toilet paper was left in the room and the only person that I ever saw other than the first day was a cleaner who spoke no English. I ended up facing two men in the dark on my way in one evening who pretended to work there and they were lying. It was very scary. This place is terrible.
− The ‘reception’ didn’t exist. There was no one there on both days to speak to. I called the number they provided only to be ignored. I got one message back ‘hi’ to my message and then ignored again. Terrible way of running an establishment. I’m a female on my own, if there had been a serious emergency, I had absolutely no way of contacting anyone. I wanted to leave my bags as I didn’t fly until 8pm but ‘reception’ which is meant to be open from 11am was completely locked up. I waited 45 minutes and called the number another two times and whatsapped and they eventually responded at 4pm in the afternoon! Unacceptable
