Great location, disappointing room and overall service. Would not recommend.
4.0The location in Old Town Marbella was amazing! Just off of a little street of cafes and restaurants! The bed was comfy.
− The room we were allocated was far smaller than the room we believed we had booked based on the photographs. There was no room to easily move round the bed or to properly sit on the toilet, and facilities were lacking e.g no bath towels when we arrived in our room. We felt like we have been mislead as to the size, space and luxury of the room. Equally, we had arranged an early check in, but when we arrived the hotel was completely shut and none of the phone numbers displayed on the front door or contact details were connected, so we were left in a limbo. Reception hours were advertised at 11am - 11pm but we rarely saw anyone manning the reception desk/around for help throughout our stay. Sadly, quite disappointed with the service and our stay, but at least the area was lovely!
