10.0− The beds are old and need changing. They cave in the middle causing a back ache and it forces you to sleep in the middle. The pillows are not comfortable either, they feel made of cheap material. The balcony walls are crumbling - needs renovation. For a 5 star hotel it’s lacking that 5 star charm

8.0− I was expecting to be able to play golf at later hours. The golf course was closing at 5pm, which would force me to play during very hot hours in the afternoon.

From June to September, guests have free access to the Hotel's Beach Club, at Alvor Beach, with beach towels, sunbeds and sunshades.
From June to September, the hotel has a free shuttle bus that transports guests to and from Alvor beach.
Children aged 3 to 12 years are offered free entrance to the Children's Club, whilst a fee is charged for children aged 6 months to 3 years.
Please note that use of the hotel’s beach concession will incur an additional charge.
