This hotel was clean, classy, luxurious, and convenient.
10.0My fiancé and I loved the walk ability to solider field ! It was about a 10 minute walk from our hotel ! It also had a few markets close by as well as an in hotel market that was open until 11pm! The shower was also probably the best we have had hotel wise !
− The bed wasn’t the most comfortable for my fiancé as he tosses and turns in his sleep and it was a little firmer than he likes as well as the motion lights bothering him.
We stayed for the BTS concert and HYATT DOES NOT DISSAPOINT!
10.0The property is very well organized and it has a great bell desk where door dash can drop off your orders if you order in after a busy day in the city! They also let you park your car if you arrive before check in and will text you when your room is ready it’s a great place!
− I felt like the wait in the lines took a while and I hope in the future it could possibly go faster
