10.0Although I was only staying for one night, I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were a delight, room was lovely, comfortable, spotless with everything you need.
Brooks Hotel Hits On All Cylinders
10.0The location is just ideal. SO MUCH within easy walking distance. Drury Street is an active hub, with an energetic vibe. Rooms at the Brooks are spotless with all the amenities you need. Totally worth it, and we will definitely come back!
Great front desk service
8.0Great service by the front desk! With little time to get to the Guinness tour, Christina literally ran up the street to get a taxi driver. And again when we needed help finding a nearby walk in care center, Christina located a closer one we hadn't considered and called to make sure they had availability. Can't say enough about the service we received.

2.0− Air conditioning didn’t work! bedroom was 30deg - very uncomfortable!
Prefect location
9.0Reception staff very courteous. Room was excellent. Great size and exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable. Although the hotel in a busy area, the sixth floor was very quiet. Parking was directly opposite hotel.
− Temperature control in room kept faulting. Selection at breakfast buffet was good, but food was a little bland.
