9.0The hotel is in a great location on a beautiful beach. In the palace lounge the service was 5* with staff all so kind and helpful. The food was always first rate and we appreciated the opportunity to mix à la carte breakfast with the buffet and the evening lounge cocktails. There are numerous restaurants on site which were all excellent. Room quiet and comfortable.

This milestone includes 205 refreshed guest rooms across multiple categories, along with the reopening of Raja’s Balinese Cuisine and Chess Bar on 10 July. All planned public facility enhancements have also been completed on schedule, further enriching the guest experience at our resort.
