The location

− Very disappointing experience for a hotel at this price level. At 2:00 p.m., the receptionist told me my room was not ready and refused to check with housekeeping, simply asking me to return at 3:00. Minutes later, the luggage staff checked and confirmed that the room was ready. This reflected poor coordination and a lack of genuine effort. Overall, the staff felt unwelcoming and service was consistently slow. There was also an unpleasant smell in the lobby and rooms, and the shower was not properly clean and had an unusual odor. Surprisingly, no complimentary beach bag is provided, despite this being common at five-star coastal hotels; instead, the hotel charges €40 for one. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail do not match the hotel’s pricing or five-star positioning.

Have used the hotel previously but based on our visit we will not return .

Breakfast was excellent amd staff efficinet

− Our room on night 1 had electric problems so no air con and lighting went off after 40 minutes. On night 2 there were more electrical problems amd the tv would not switch off . This meant we had 2 nights disturbed sleep . The hotel moved us to another room for nights 3&4 but no apologies made or reparations for our inconvenience. Poor customer service for such an expensive hotel

Ein wunderschönes Hotel an traumhafter Lage. Der neu gestaltete Speisesaal ist sehr schön geworden.

− Die Terasse zum frühstücken mit den runden Tischen und den roten Stühlen war bis anhin sehr stilvoll und traumhaft schön. Die neue Möblierung gleicht einem Beach-Club und ist dem sonst so stilvollen Hotel nicht würdig. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr nett, aber eben nicht professionell für ein Luxushotel in dieser Preisklasse.
