− No mini bar, no smart tv to stream from own device. Room was dated
Very average. I’ll probably stay elsewhere next time even though I’ve stayed at Rockford for years
4.0Lovely reception although I don’t like being called sweetie. Great croissants for breakfast.
− The floor in my room felt like it had no underlay- it was like walking on a lumpy road. Just terrible . The tap in the bathroom was loose and I had to press hard to stop it dripping. The waitress at breakfast was sniffing.
