Nice, simple but clean!

− Didn’t have quarters for laundry
good but some things they could improve on.
6.0location, breakfast is alright, room size is fine but there has been a little behind in maintenance .
− maintenance can be a little better and we did have a bug problem one time.
Great location for the airport and shopping
5.0The location was great! Less than 10 minutes (at 6 am) from the airport and car rental return and only 15 minutes to Seaport Village and Olde Town San Diego for food and shopping!
− The rooms are outdated, couldn't get cold water in the bathroom, no instructions on getting the TV to work and the staff was not that friendly - barely greeted when arrived. There are no vending machines and the office was closed at 9pm. There's a little mini mart inside the office which is great but it was closed.

5.0L'attenzione al servizio di pulizia: gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati anche se non ne avevamo fatto richiesta e nonostante il breve soggiorno.
− La cortesia del personale è sicuramente un aspetto da migliorare: il personale non salutava e al momento della partenza nessuno ci ha chiesto come fosse andato il soggiorno. Anche la colazione è risultata piuttosto scarsa e poco varia: venivano offerti waffle con sciroppo d'acero, latte e cereali, succhi, caffè e tè. Considerando la capacità dell'hotel, l'area dedicata alla colazione è sottodimensionata. Se non ci si alza abbastanza presto, si rischia di dover fare la fila per preparare i waffle, che di fatto rappresentano l'unica vera opzione di colazione. Infine, l'aspetto più negativo è stato trovare un grosso scarafaggio in bagno durante la notte, una situazione decisamente spiacevole e che ha influito negativamente sulla nostra esperienza.
