Billing ruined the stay!
2.0Stayed at this hotel last week - hotel booked through British Airways holidays - came to check out and reception billed me for 3 nights stay (even though BA had paid for the room) - despite me raising this at check out they still billed me over 1000 dollars and then refunded room rate. Thought all sorted until just checked my credit card bill and they have billed me 1000 dollars again!!! Now I have to spend hours speaking to the credit card company and hotel. As for hotel we booked dark sky room and although room lovely this is not a dark sky area and there is plenty of ambient light which meant we could not meaningfully watch the night sky.

10.0Camron was such a professional and very respectable man. Thank you for such amazing service at the pool. Sumaiya and Jasmin were extremely distinguished polished women. Thank you for your hospitality in the lobby areas and accommodating my requests. You two were exceptional. I loved the amenities. The full gym was the highlight. The pools were everything I could dream of. Next time I will bring my tennis racket. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!
Such a beautiful trip
10.0This trip was flawless from start to finish. The check in process was seamless and effortless. We enjoyed breakfast on both days, and it was exceptional especially paired with such a stunning view. The staff members were remarkably warm and gracious. It’s rare to find a place where every person greets you with a smile, but here, the hospitality was truly unmatched.
