CUCARACHA EN LA HABITACION :S
5.0la ubicación me parece fabulosa. el personal tiene buena disposición y realiza su trabajo de atencion al cliente y seguimiento bien cumplido. aunque no se ven muy felices, sus expresiones son sumamente serias.
− Cucarachas !!!!! me dieron una habitación en planta baja y al ingresar, no tenia ni 1 minuto ahí cuando vi una CUCARACHA VIVA, en el piso a un costado de la CAMA ! SUPER ASQUEROSO! casi vomito, tome mis cosas que tenia completamente empacadas y regrese a front desk, mostre las fotografías y videos al recepcionista ... Amablemente reacciono de inmediato y me cambio de habitación pero a dos pisos arriba..... lamentablemente,las alfombras huelen muy mal, el aire acondicionado es ruidosos y me tocaron vecinos en la parte de arriba y de aun lado con gritos , ruidos y ademas olía a cigarro. Llame en la madrugada, creo ya eran 12..30 am a pedir ayuda al personal de recepción,... me pidió que aguantara y tuviera paciencia porque estaban llegando borrachos del juego de padres.... dormí muy poco e inquieta, al día siguiente, me meta a bañar y me percate que olvide mis sandalias en casa, pise las alfombras y asco, se sienten todas pegajosas. de verdad, no se si sea jabón o suciedad. pero bueno, siento que han abandonado mucho ese hotel he llegado ahí varias veces, aunque tenia tiempo sin reservar ahí, tenia un buen recuerdo, hoy me dejo un trauma con la cucaracha MuY MAL en la habitación y el excesivo ruido del aire acondicionado.

only convenient for my stay. Did not realize parking was one block away.
5.0Breakfast was standard, "OK".
− Room quality very disappointing. By no means was it worth $300. I did not know that parking was $50 until the day of my arrival. I asked the front desk associate if the rooms had water. He said unfortunately, no. He did not inform me that next to check in was a rest room that had snacks and drinks. As a result, I made numerous trips from my room to the cold water dispenser by the front desk so I would not be thirsty, and have good water to make my coffee.
