Comfortable, spacious and close to Piers.
10.0Breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereals, oatmeal, yoghurt, pancakes, chocolate milk, every variety of milk, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, pasteries, toast, bagels, banana, apple, oranges. Breakfast served from 6.30am to 9.30am, very busy time as all guests are in dining area at this time, however, you were able to get breakfast to take back to your room. I loved the 24 hour availability of coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the dining area. We returned from a night out and had hot chocolate for children and coffee's in lounge before heading to our rooms. This was a nice relaxing area in the Hotel. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Did not miss this. Have microwave, fridge and ice buckets in room. We booked a family room suite - 2 king size beds and sofa bed. There were 5 of us, children aged 16, 14, 12 and 11. The room was very spacious for all our bags, did not feel cramped and beds were very comfortable. Couldn't hear any neighbors in other rooms. Hotel within 5 minutes walking to Pier 39 which is why I booked this. Able to walk around the area with ease. I also liked that check out was 12noon and Hotel stored our luggage until we came back at 6pm to travel to airport. This was at no extra cost to us. Staff were friendly and informative. At checkout we were asked if we needed transport arranged to the airport and provided estimate of costs of 3rd party transport companies.
− Overnight parking charge was $74 USD which is quite steep.

8.0Gefallen hat und die Nähe zum Fishermans Warf die Bushaltestellen waren in der Nähe. Sehr schön war daß man kostenloses Wasser und auch Kaffee in der Lobby den ganzen Tag holen konnte.

10.0We booked this hotel for the location - walking distance to all the touristy gems. We were truly impressed by how lovely the hotel turned out to be. The breakfast was exceptional, the staff was attentive...I was a little taken aback when the valets helped me out of my taxi. This hotel truly went above and beyond in so many ways.
− My view left a bit to be desired. The main window faced the windows in the walkway near the elevators, so to get natural lighting, I had to give up my privacy to those waiting to go down to the lobby. The beds were also firmer than I am used to, but they were still pretty comfy.
