− Das Personal am Empfang und im Service waren unfreundlich und nicht kommunikativ. Das Bett war höchstens 140 cm breit für 2 Erwachsene.

− Bed was too small for 2 people to sleep comfortably, floor rug was dirty and stained, bathroom was bigger than the bedroom but the shower was really cramped. Elevator was a pain to use.
