3.0Location was perfect
− Beds are hard, our ceiling leaked from above bathroom, waking us at 1130pm soaked. They offered for us to relocate, but was not feasible as we were traveling with additional people who were asleep being it was almost midnight. All they offered was to give us $100 euros back on rooms that cost $270 ea night. Not acceptable

7.0El hotel esta super céntrico , es muy cómodo , no es lujoso pero esta muy bien para una escapada corta.Baño esta reformado y la habitación tiene típica decoración veneciana. El desayuno correcto .
− Lo único que nuestra habitación estaba frente a la zona de desayuno por lo que desde las 7:30 es un poco ruidosa si quieres dormir.
