A clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay, with easy access to the airport and city trains.
10.0Convenient for air travel; arrived there on a shuttle bus. Departed by walking tonMascot suburban station; next stop, airport. I wanted to book in to the Accor Sebel Hotel, on the Rocks, for three nights on my return stay in Sydney. The receptionist at Ibis, kept persisting, after 9:00 in trying to get a response from them. Eventually he found someone at the Accor Sebel who was willing to take my booking. Well done to the Ibis staff!
− I’d booked in for two nights; the residual milk had vanished and there no replenishment of either milk and tea sachets in my room. The team at Reception very helpful.
