7.0Flot morgenmad. Fint med rengøring og alle omkring var søde og venlige. Vi havde udfordringer den første nat med at fjernsynet tændte hele tiden. En forfærdelig nat. Om morgenen klagede min mand og der kom en tekniker. Så troede vi det var fint. Næste dag gjorde fjernsynet det samme så vi igen skulle have tekniker. Synes godt at I kunne kompensere for en frygtelig nat men nej personalet beklagede. Vi gav også 500 euro i depositum. Fik afvide da vi kom at det vi ikke brugte ville vi få retur. Men nu først efter 4-5 dage. Virkelig underligt.

10.0Hotel itself was lovely, cleanliness was great, facilities were also good and in a brilliant location
− Upon check in it took a while as the receptionist tried to make us pay again even though we had already paid. I had to reach out to booking, as well as prove on my bank account it was paid. Even then they tried to make us pay. It was resolved in the end and they saw we had paid but it did put a stress to the beginning of the holiday
