8.0I loved where it was, not far from the dart station. A lovely hotel, rooms were a great size, my daughter loved the reading space upstairs in the bedroom. The fresh fruit at breakfast was a great selection
− Not the hotels fault but it was very hot outdoors which unfortunately made the rooms very uncomfortable to sleep in even with the window open. We did just use the cover off the duvet as very warm in the room. Would have loved a kettle in the room for tea

− Staff not that friendly and room was a bit of a letdown. Low quality decor and quite tired. Fake picture and frame (frame was a printed picture of a frame). Room was v hot and very bright at night.

7.0We only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast but I do have to commend both front desk people who were on during our stay. So lovely, so polite, so helpful. One even packed us fruit and pastries when he heard how early we’d be checking out and missing breakfast. A nice touch was the box of homemade cookies in the coffee/tea area in the reception.
− The photos of the rooms are a little misleading.

7.0A well located space with a friendly shared set of sitting rooms and a quirky bedroom with comfy beds. Printed artwork…as an artist I found that a wee bit sad.
− The free parking isn’t guaranteed as the space is small.

− This was our 2nd stay at Pembroke Townhouse. The first time we stayed here, the people working the front desk were amazing, so lovely and helpful, even giving us a little bag of pastries and fruit when they heard how early we would be checking out. The 2nd time we stayed, there was a different person working the front desk who was incredibly rude to us, particularly to my husband. I’m assuming he was just having a bad day (there was a plumber on-site so perhaps something had happened that was causing an unusual amount of stress) but he absolutely took it out on us.

Your payment card will be pre-authorized on arrival. If this is not possible then you will be asked to pay a EUR 75 deposit by cash or bank transfer.
Small (maximum 15 kg), domesticated dogs that are trained and well behaved are welcome. A limited number of pet friendly rooms are available and guests should contact the property well in advance to avoid disappointment.
A pet fee of EUR 40 per night will be applied to your daily rate. A food/water bowl can be provided on request, but guests are kindly requested to bring their own pet food. Dogs are not permitted in the Breakfast Room & Lobby areas. It is not permitted to leave the dog alone in the rooms, except while having breakfast in the morning. Veterinary care can be arranged through the Front Desk if required.
