− The room was rather small and stuffy. They need to provide something other than a heavy blanket for sleeping.

− A request to move my date to October turned into a round and round mess. I was told yes there was vacancy but I needed to put it through again. Four attempts over 6 days, three emails and a phone call and I was out €185 and still at home with strep throat. I'm booked into the Moxy for October and after the really poor customer service I will never stay here again.
Great hotel would definitely go back.

Small (maximum 15 kg), domesticated dogs that are trained and well behaved are welcome. A limited number of pet friendly rooms are available and guests should contact the property well in advance to avoid disappointment.
A pet fee of EUR 40 per night will be applied to your daily rate. A food/water bowl can be provided on request, but guests are kindly requested to bring their own pet food. Dogs are not permitted in the Breakfast Room & Lobby areas. It is not permitted to leave the dog alone in the rooms, except while having breakfast in the morning. Veterinary care can be arranged through the Front Desk if required.
