Could be amazing with some money spent and the retraining and leadership required on service
3.0Views of golf course.
− Excluding reception staff. The rest seemed to have an attitude. The blonde girls at the pool bat huffed and puffed at every request. Never a smile. Refused to serve me at main bar, sent me to pool bar. They didn’t stack bottles so had to come back. Which I did ask her. Another person was rude to my friend about where he smoked. One evening the guy at the bar, said “yes” when asking what we wanted. Just awful. Get better service in much cheaper places we have stayed. At half the price. The place needs updating urgently. Loose floor tiles. Rust in bathroom broken patio door to balcony.

7.0La piscina
− Limpieza
Pasable
