5.0Spacious room, frig and stove.
− Sketchy people around. Some seems to live in hotel with dogs/cats. Outside smells urine. It’s not the same since new owner last year.

− Honest Stay Review Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay. Check-in was listed as 3:00 PM, but I was not allowed to check in until 3:30 PM, which was frustrating after arriving expecting to be able to get settled on time. Once I was there, my biggest concern was the lack of security. There was loud music coming from the pool area, and guests were even bringing their own grills to barbecue at the pool, which made the environment feel very uncontrolled. I also saw a man passed out in his car in the parking garage and another intoxicated man sitting near the elevator. With situations like these happening on the property, I never felt that there was a real sense of security or that the property was being properly monitored. I felt very unsafe during my stay and was unable to relax and enjoy my time there. I would strongly encourage management to address these issues and improve security and supervision, particularly around the pool, parking garage, and elevators. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

We did not stay at this hotel and asked for a refund.
1.0The location is prime as its close to SDSU The hostess was very nice to us, even though the situation was not the greatest. She was very honest when I asked her if people live here and she stated yes. I asked her if this was an extended stay type of hotel and she said no, but that the manager had some type of deal with the city to allow homeless to stay at the hotel.
− As soon as we got there, there were RVs parked in the lot, people working on their cars in the garage, the smell was pretty pungent. There was music at the pool, which at first I just thought, it was a group enjoying the day, but it does turn out that people do live in the hotel long term. The smell of urine and marijuana was throughout the entire hotel. Upon entering our hotel room, roaches crawled across the floor It was not advertised correctly.
It was not what I was expecting for a college university

− It’s was nasty around the outside and they was a lot of unfortunate staying there and it was like a crack motel
