Great hotel, pricey for ocean front but clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
9.0The ocean front junior suite is a great option for 4 people as long as you get a roll away bed. It’s very spacious with a large wrap around balcony.
− The beach chair/ palapa reservation system. You had to use their stupid app and palapa reserved the night before. It should be first come first served. Off season not a problem but high season would be irritating. The app to order food was glitchy as well, could not get rid of food order you put in. This is the QR code at each palapa, great concept, bad app. You cannot customize your food order.
Unexpectedly wonderful
10.0I wasn't expecting to love this resort but I totally loved it. I figured it wouks be an average marriot but it wasn't. I felt like i was somewhere tropical from the minute I got there. The rooms were big and clean! The pool was lovely. The swim up bar great. Staff friendly and helpful. Gelato in lobby amazing and food really good! The spa was nice and the massage was great! Would definitely stay again!
