4.0− Overpriced. Was not upscale as we thought for being ALMOST $300 a night and then after we checkout charge an additional almost $30, i will be calling to see what that is for, we used nothing additional at all. Wanting $22 for breakfast, seriously are you kidding me, who would pay that for bacon and eggs?

8.0− I experienced no issues with the hotel itself; however, I encountered several problems with Booking.com. I reserved four rooms for one night on August 30 through Booking.com. When I arrived, the front desk could confirm only three rooms for August 30, as one of the rooms reportedly had been reserved under August 14 in Booking.com’s records. I was also unable to reach Booking.com for assistance. I could not connect to a live chat, email support, or any text-based assistant. Because I needed to accommodate my family promptly, I paid for an additional room directly. I have additional car rental and hotel bookings scheduled through Booking.com in September for Europe. However, due to this experience, I am cancelling all my Booking.com reservations and will not use Booking.com going forward. I will also advise my friends and family to consider other options. I felt left without support—both regarding the room availability and the lack of a workable way to contact Booking.com.

− Being woken up at 4am by the garbage collector truck, only 1 elevator which was super slow

− Die Tiefgarage ist recht teuer, könnte auch im Preis enthalten sein, da sie nur vom Hotel ist.
